I filled my nutrition tracker daily (started monday of this week) and i can barely get up to 2000 calories. I usually hit around 1400 to 1600 calories.
My goal is to lose weight but my nution planner says i should be consuming 3100 calories a day with 205g of protein and 500 something carbs.
If i want to lose weight shouldnt i stay under 2000?]

3100 seems high. Look through the past posts for diet plans - we have gone through the calculations with people many times. ssminnow most recently in a post aclled 'its all going to my gut' I think had a lot of good info. Check it out and recalculate your daily amounts!
