Problem with new routine.

I have a bowflex that I've just started using 2 weeks ago. I was doing the anaerobic circuit training, but wasn't even feeling like I was doing anything, so I decided to do the aerobic circuit training.

Now I really feel like I got a workout, but I'm lightheaded, why is that?

Yeah I started maybe a week or two before you say you did, and I experienced the same thing. After researching it I found out I was breathing incorrectly.
