I had planned to begin the exercises this coming week, however, the problem is I have a very bad left shoulder and I absolutely cannot do pushup/pullup type exercises where the stress is all on my arms or shoulders. Unfortunately, those I have 2 or 3 of those on my list. Any suggestions for substitutes?
Go back to your profile and there is an area for injuries. Fill in the injured part and it should adjust your workout.
