I have PCOS witch gives me a high level of testosterone and very low estragen I am afriad that some of the work outs will give me very defined muscle mass When I want soft tone look is there anything I should avoid or something I can try to keep that from happaning?:dumbbell:
Well, I could be completely off here, but if it were me I would avoid lifting really heavy weights and maybe do lower weights with higher reps. Also, I would avoid eating large doses of protien before working out, as that converts to muscle. Other than that, eat a healthy diet and make sure you're also doing cardio. Hopefully that helps you!
