hey, im really confused, ive dropped a lot of weight since last year, i weigh about 125 pounds now (5"10), from about 210 pounds due to extensive exercise and correct eating.. but the problem is that i still have a belly.. i do weights like everyday, concentrating on a different muscle group but i see no more results.. i just wanna give up.. i really want a good physical body, all toned, please tell me what to do... i really would appreciate some help...i just dont understand how to do it... everytime i do weights now, i feel depressed, like im not getting anywhere.. plus i dont go to a gym coz where i live there are none close by.. i only have a skipping rope and a pair of dumbells which are pretty damn heavy!

Im not a personal trainer by any means of the word, but heres my 2cents.. Stick with it, dont give up!! your obviously getting some results with the ammount of weight you lost, it has dropped evenly off all area's of the body.
Have you signed up to a FT programme? if not then its a good place to start!! they have a lot of good excersises to do at home. It may pay to buy some more equipment though. Are you doing a decent cardio workout, as you want to be doing at least 1hr 30 mins a week..
Anyways im sure bb1fit or someone can add a lot more to the post.. hope this helps until then..

Change up your routine and focus on what you are eating. That is usually the last piece of the puzzle.
What and when do you eat?
-------------- If you fall down seven times, get up eight.

hey..
well basically i dont eat much at all... i eat really small meals, and only about once or twice a day. its not intentional, its just that i have barely any time to eat due to work. plus now that ive moved to china for work i hate the food here, its just the same old food everyday. do you recommend to get rid of the excess belly i need to eat high protien? like 3 cans of tuna a day, and nothing else?!

If you aren't eating enough calories your body is in a starvation mode and will fight to keep fat storage. Eat 5-6 times a day and make sure that you are getting enough caloric intake.

no. you need some carbs, for energy in the weightroom, and for your body to carry out its regular functions.
-------------- I have some good news! I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Gieco!

well, I think that it is Geico not Gieco.
Did you do that on purpose? If so, Geico people will not be happy with it.:))) but I am.
I am just throwing a joke big_j_scf, so nothing personal.
I liked your footer though. Well thought:)
