How often should I change my profile as my weight changes, Every week every 5 lbs? 2 weeks in so far very impresed with results lost 10 lbs muscle deffinition better in arms and legs still waiting for the stomach reduction. Why is it that you loose weight first in places like the arms, legs, face area even though I am doing cruches & sit-ups plus all the cardio?.

Also, I would only change my profile after I completed a program. That way, you have a goal in mind to report to!

Thanx Missa, glad you like my quote. I thought we were soposed to change are numbers as we went through the program so the protein, carb, fat would change in relation. So this is not correct.?
