I was wondering why the excercises in my program don't seem to change. For example, in Week One, Wednesday (Chest) consisted of two excersizes, Inclines, and Flyes. I am currently in week 4, and the excercises have been exactly the same, including the number of reps. is there something wrong with my account, or is that just the way the program is made to be.
