hey yall. i need some advice on this 4 week strength program.it goes...
week 1: core-lifts-3x3
aux-5x3
week 2: core-5x3x1
aux-7x5x3
week 3: core-7x5x3
aux-8x6x6
week 4: core-10x8x8
aux-10x8x8
on mon and thurs i do chest, and arms (tris, bis and 4arms)
and on tues and fri i do back, shoulders, and legs.
what do yall think about this? any advice would b great!

ok, what are your core lifts. How about TBS and Intensity of sets. How about auxillary and assistance. any gpp work. repost.

i would like to get stronger but also have some endurance as well. i sorta based this off of the Bigger Faster Stronger program but made it into a split deal. my core lift on mon and thurs is bench. aux if like inc bench or flyes, then curls and either concentration curls or preacher curls, 1-2 forarm exercises and a tri exercise. on tues and friday, my core lifts are squats and power clean, my aux lifts are either dead lift or lat pull down, for shoulders i do military press and either shrugs or raisin a dumbell up by ur side(dont no wat it is called) and for legs my aux is either leg ext or leg curl and calf raises.
i do 1 main lift 2x times a week for each muscle and 2 aux lifts (1 on the first day and the other on the second day).
i go as hard as i can go, and rest around 20 seconds in between sets.
