I looked at my next weeks training and on my shoulders day it has close grip chins....I am physically unable to do them because I am so obese Any exercise you could tell me to replace it ?

Lat pull downs. It's a machine/cable exercise.

I only have free weights any new suggestion ? sry didnt say before

Bent over rows and deadlifts will help out a bit for that.

it will come so dont be disheartened but with chin ups its really all over body strength but ur already doing that maybe just do some more things on ur lats for the extra strength..
