I am on the 4th week of the home exercise program and everything is going well. The program asked me to update my profile or continue with the same before it would updated a new 8 week at-home program. I kept the same profile to lose fat and tone. The program separated the workout into specific areas on certain days but now there are fewer exercises. Example - I will be doing push ups only one day a week where for the first 4 week program I was doing them 3 days per week. I have seen several postings saying that working areas only once per week was plenty but I am not using weights and all of the psotings appear to be from people on the weight program. Now I can only see the first week of that program so it may change. I am getting in a good workout routine for the first time in my life and do not want to slow it down. Can anyone help me understand why the exercises are decreasing instead of progressing?

Is there more sets, perhaps?

As of the first week, the sets and reps are the same. It may change in weeks to come but I would love to know for sure.
