Okay, this might be obvious or asked before...
I was looking for a program where I can just monitor my macronutrients easier. Kind of like dietpower, except I don't have the 50 dollars and I don't need all the little added gadgets. I'm planning on subscribing to this site in the near future, but until then, does anyone know anything else that works?

Try using the nutrition tracker here on FT. I just tried it today and it is awesome! I was using an excel spreadsheet on my own, but this is way easier!! You don't have to have FTPro to use it, you just need to be registered -it's free. I'm not familier with dietpower, so I can't provide a comparison. It took me a little bit to figure out how to use the FT nutr. tracker, but once I did, it was dead simple, plus once you've entered all of your regular food items, they are there for the next meal input. The only thing missing is a custom food calculator, but I think they are working on it. For now I just use the carb, prot and fat supplement choice to add in items not listed--mainly my protien shakes and the odd snack item.
Good Luck with your goals!
