Hi! I'm very interested in bulking up and becoming more muscular without sacrificing shape or definition of muscles or ignoring my legs or abs. Were I to utilize one of the training programs that this board offers, would I be better using the Gain Muscle Mass Training or the General Fitness Training? Thanks!

only way to bulk is to eat big and lift hard and heavy1 Go with Mas training then hit the other one!
