I tried to enter my info from my last workout in the charts and it would only let me click on shoulders, traps, and forearms. Any clues?

I had the same thing with forearms, but I never had any exercises in my FT workout for the forearms.... but I can't see you not have exercise for all three... perhaps contacting one of the moderators directly...

Thanks Tim. I was trying to enter the data in the wrong place. Got it covered now.

Yeah i had the same problem when i first started. Well i found out that i was entering the data in the worng place!!!
