Can someone PLEASE tell me how to clear my progress charts so i can start over....no one seems to be able to tell me and i really want to update them! THANKS

start over a whole new plan or what?Once your done with a plan,you simply start a new one..you dont clear your progress charts once your done with them..Like for instance i finished my 12 week plan and just started a new one..Sorry if im misunderstanding..
