What weight do I imput if I am doing cruches... I acctually have the Ab Lounge2 and don't do the crunches with weights so what should I imput for what weight I used? If you don't Understand what I am saying please tell me and I will try to explain it better. Thanks for the great help.
Ya but then I try to look at my progress charts and it won't let me click on Abdominals. It lets me click on other exercises i've done and shows me that progress but no progress for Abdominals
Put in the same number as reps. That will at least give you the chart. When you start to add additional weights to the ab exercises it will be there also.
For now it will show as a straight line.
