Monday:
I started my home training program today. I am worn out!
I forgot to print out my workout sheet so was having to go by memory. I didn't miss any exercises, but I did mess up my rep numbers a bit.
Anyway, gonna be posting every workout day, to help keep me on track and motivated.

Did my workout this morning, but I'm still sore from Monday. Is that a good thing?
Also, I dona have any way to do the "Chins between chairs" exercise, so I doing bent over rows with gallon jugs of soap :). Question is, How will I be able to enter them into the progress charts? Or am I SOL?
