OMG this made my DAY!!!!!! I just did the FT calculation for bodyfat percent.... and Woah....i have 8% bodyfat!! WOOHOOo!! i thought the bf% would have been higher. 15 years of age and 8% bf, i guess all that cardio is kicking in. the abs are comming in nicely and my goals are bein reached one by one. my next goal, put on some lean mass and get ripped. to all those who feel that they are stuck and arent getting anywhere, it can all be done and anything is possible. a little determination and hardwork will go a long way with time. Good luck to all!

Here is my accomplishment. I have finally found a diet that works and never miss a meal. I have tried to gain mass before but would skip meals every once in awhile and now know that cant be done to reach your goals. I have packed on 7 pounds in 5 weeks which is great for me. I have always had trouble and have recentley been stuck at the same weight for 2 months!!!!
I know I can do it know, do to all the help at FT

Yeah Lewdog_55, you have to be almost religious when it comes to diet, whether trying to gain or lose. I finally figured that out myself. Skipping meals does not work. I finally plan everywhere I go, I think what will I need for this meal and that meal, and pack it in a small cooler I bought just for that purpose. And a couple of MRP's with me at all times, and voila', never miss a meal. I learned this at the first BB show I ever attended. I didn't bring anything, and I noticed everyone who looked like they lifted, even the judges, all had coolers and bags of food. Well, the thing lasted over 3 hours, and I was starved. Learned from then on, never count on anything, always be prepared. Your body is in constant need of nourishment. Skip a meal, and if it needs amino acids, it goes directly to muscle cells, you cannot store protein.

thanks for the help as you were the one to finally drum this in my head. It seems like when I miss a meal I loose like 1-2 pounds just cause of one missed meal. Dont know if this could be true but it seems to be.
