hey everyone. im bulking right now and i've been stuck at 190lbs for about 4 weeks. ive been consuming 4500 calories a day and its impossible for me to eat anymore. ive been thinking of getting a weight gainer. is nlargeII any good or are there any brands out there better. i was mainly concerned with not consuming too much sugars.

I used to use Nlarge alot; it was a pretty damn decent gainer - almost a 2:1 carb to whey protein ratio. Great for post workout. But that was before Rexall bought them out. Can't really vouch for them now.

Why not make your own gainer? I do that now, and it is much more "tailorable" to your needs. Get a quality blended protein powder, and add what you want and need from there. Throw it in the blender with some ice and BAM! (as Emeril says) Instant caloric-dense meal!
