I thinking if you ladies could help me

I decided to pop the question, next week friday....

Since, recently we bought a house I can`t really afford going to Paris, anymore. So I want to bring Paris home... I`m thinking dinner either pick it up or cook it depends if I can get a time off. I have a poster of Eiffel Tower which I`ll glue it to the window.

But I`m not sure if I should hide the ring so she can find it or just plain and simple go on my knee

any ideas ? please !!!!!

Hector almost left me for dead from a fall off the side of a mountain when he proposed.

Our anniversary is coming up soon....so, I wouldn't worry about how you do it...whatever it is, she will always remember it fondly.

After being reprimanded by my husband, I will now tell you that it was also the most romantic and well thought out proposal a girl could ever wish for, despite scarey mountain sides and hissing radiators that sound like snakes.

Probably you should do the whole eiffel-poster thing and completely ignore me.

I think the poster is a great idea!! Get some romantic piano cd's, get those playing, have a nice dinner, and make sure you have something beautiful and sinful for dessert.(i'm so in the creative mood right now :)) Make it so that you have to go into to kitchen to get dessert, bring that out to her, and then go back into the kitchen to get champagne to drink ONLY with dessert. Stick her ring in the bottom of the glass, and then give a toast. If all goes well she will see the ring at the bottom of the glass, and then you can start with all the sweet nothings and finally the proposal!! YAY!!! I hope whatever you decide to do, that it is a wonderful moment, and that she says yes!!

I personally don't want to hunt for a ring, just do the one knee thing, it's what we dream about. Okay, it's what I dream about, among other things.

i did the one knee thing, and my wife didnt even say yes, she just jumped on me. Then she made me get back down on my knee and ask again.

You can cover up the flaws on your body, but there is no hiding a flawed personality.
