What are some of the leanest cuts of beef? And is pork a no-no because it's high in fat?

You know with most beef you can see the fat in it. One problem with ultra low fat beef is that when you cook it it becomes dry. I go for about 85-90% lean just because my diet is lowfat to begin with. Pork is fine in my book as long as it is not a main staple. Really this obsession with low fat diets is bad...just because it is low fat doe snot mean it is good for you. After all if you have a product that had fat but then became "lowfat" you have to think what did they replace the fat with? Usually it is sugar. I know a woman who really desperately wanted to loose weight, her choice was slimfast ans snackwell becasue the said lowfat on them. She just got fatter and wanted to knwo why. I told her cause she saw the lowfat sign and assumed that meant she could eat all she wanted. Not so they add sugar to their products and in that they add useless calories. Moral? Eat some freaking fat every now and agin for crying out loud. But remember to not over do it that is key.
