Wal-mart had boxes of it marked down to $1.50 last week. They can't give it away. (okay I bought some, just to try it) not that great but okay in a emergency.

I bought a can of some weider protien a couple of weeks ago, I just wanted to try it, I don't know how fresh it was, but I had to clean the dust off of it. Not knocking Weider or anything, but I don't think they keep up with the technology and testing.

wieder has always amazed me: they are the furthest thing from 'state of the art' products; they have horrible marketing (no store carries them nor does any one admit to using them); when you do find a product, it's on sale; even their quality is questionable..... but you would not believe how many major companies wieder manufactures products for!!!!

Okay, if you won't, I will. Weider's a dinosaur. Funny thing is, his methods never worked to start with. He got the workouts of several genetic freak, over-juiced bodybuilding champions and pedelled them as dogma to the average man. It's because of him that people think you need to spend 3 hours a day everyday in the gym. I've seen nothing of Weider's worth touching - and honestly, I didn't even know he offered a protein supplement.
