I'm so proud :D, I just fixed my computer, otherwise I would have asked this sooner. When do I take my protein and creatine(unmixed) before or after workout? Last question, how many tablespoons would I have to take after working out or idealy on a daily basis(even though I won't take protein or any supplement daily). Some guy told my mom I was supposed to take 3 tablespoons a day for the first five days, but even if that's true what would be my regular intake?
