If you are going to take glutamine twice per day, which is good, post workout and pre bed are probably the best two times. Glutamine is one of those things you can never get enough of. The arginine should help with the pump, so if you choose, you may want to take one of your doses, the glutamine/arginine combo pre workout. This would also be a great time, and as mentioned, the arginine should help your pump out. You cannot really take glutamine too much. Though not an esential amino acid, it has been termed a “conditionally essential” amino acid. Along with the amino acid alanine, glutamine represents 50% of amino acids unleashed from muscles
