Which is better? I was reading a post earlier saying bars are not too good of a choice, why is that?

Bars tend to have a lot of sugar and calories, where powder is usually lower in sugar and calories. I think bars are usually higher in fat too.

You also know that the powder is fresh and the bars were produced when? The bars are ok for an emergency or sometimes I have one as a sweet treat.

Protein bar = slow realeasing + carbs
protein powder = fast absoprtion (if whey), amazing PW

Pretty much a no brainer for powder when it comes to quality of protein, no matter whey, casein, blend...whatever.
