Does anybody know any good protein bar recipes that give you low fat and low carbogydrate content? I would greatly aprecciate it. I'm always trying to look for food with low fat low carb and high protein nutrition in it and so far I've only came out with Tuna, and Chicken breast. Even the very lean meat has more fat content in it then the chicken breast and tuna. Does anybody have any other ideas of food with low carb low fat high protein content besides the same old boring shakes?
