Im 17 a junior, playin FOotball and Track n Field. Right now im in Track n field i Throw. I do some run workoutz and i life. Im 5'10 205, i waz 215 but drop...i need to b like 230. SO whatz is better for me. Eating Protien bars or taking creatine. Also is therre a supplement that make u faster or has to do wit running blc when i run my legs n calves get tight n buff..N i do strech alot n is a good strecher. Ne help know mah problem

Protein will always take priority over creatine. Without protein, you will lose your lean mass. Creatine can/will aid you in explosiveness, but probably not to the degree you want it to. And then only if your diet is good enough to take full advantage of it. It will do little by itself.
