The search engine will get you a lot of feedback on Muscle Milk. It's not so much which type of protein is good or better but more how it fits into your whole daily protein intake.

kitten2 - protein powder needs to be part of an entire eating plan.

You have no profile, so we don't know much about you.

Losing fat and gaining muscle is about hard work in the gym, cardio and eating right.

devinm is right - For your goals isopure zero carb may be good, or some similar low-carb, lowfat protein powder.

I have had fat loss with muscle milk, but the rest of my diet was pretty lowfat to make up for the amount in the muscle milk.

First thing you need to do is figure out how much you should be eating and set up a meal plan.
