After following the weight loss and tone programme on this fantastic site, I am thinking that it would be a good idea to sprinkle some protein powder on my bran cereal for breakfast. My resistance work tires out my muscles and I want to do what is best for my body.

Is this a bad idea or is there a better way of getting the protein in for breakfast rather than an egg white omlette?

Natural sources from whole foods are normally the optimal way to go if possible. However, some folks just do not like eggs/meat for breakfast. If you are one of those, then protein powder on your cereal is most definitely an option. That is what protein powders are best for, supplementing your daily protein intake to reach your needs.
