Well, I'm new to this forum and I've finally decided to take my health and fitness seriously.
I was wondering if anyone could help recommend some products for me.
I am 6'0" and 185lbs. I've got a bit of love handles to lose and want to bulk up my upper body.
I've been reading that Whey Protein makes for a great supplement to help with my fitness training.
Can any of you recommend some brands to look into?
I'm a price conscious type but more importanly, I'm a value conscious type. If it costs $10 more to get a 200% better product, I will pay the extra cost.
I hope I've given you enough but if you need any extra information, please let me know. I've been searching the forums but feel kind of lost in my searches.

When it comes a good protein and decently priced I would recomend Simply Protein from EAS, I live in uk and I have to say the supplements over here are near enough double the price of the same in the USA. Eg, we pay £37.99 which is equal to about $56, but in the States you can get it for around $31. This to me is a great price and it is a decent supplement, 24gramms of protein and only 2gramms of fat. This will help build the muscles and not the love handles. Also, there are lots of posts on here about various products!

I agree. I used to use all kinds of poteins, even egg (don`t go there)
I`ve experienced good results with EAS proteins.
Don`t think it`s goign to change te way you look right away, you need to have a good diet going on first.
