I didn't get a response to this post from 2 days ago. Is this a stupid question or do none of the powders have lower levels of Cholesterol?

I'm taking a Meal Replacement Powder that has 26g of protein and only 5mg of Cholesterol. I've looked at several pure protein powders to take as well. However, many, especially Whey, seem to have very high levels of Cholesterol as well (20+ g). Does anyone know of a protein product that has lower Cholesterol. Thanks

Honestly, that's something I've never really paid attention to. So to answer your question, no. Certain types of cholesterol are good and certain types bad (which is why the cholesterol in eggs doesn't adversely affect you), and I'm not sure which column protein powder fits under. I think that's worth some further research . . .
