I switched protein supplements while dieting to limit carbohydrates and was wondering if it really makes that much difference to continue spending the extra money. I started using Isopure, powder and pre-mixed, which is pretty expensive. Im making good progress but I think it is more dedication and hard work on my part. Should the differential of 15 to 20g carbs, in the protein supplements, compel me to spend more on Isopure than ABB (for instance)?

The amount of carbs shouldn't reflect on the price. It's the quality of protien and amount of protien per scoop that would reflect price.

In my opinion just go with a blend protein. Milk, egg, & whey mix. Optitum Nutrition makes one called Pro-Complex. www.1fast400.com is where I buy my supplements. As far as the carbos are concerned I think zero or close to it is what you should do. Get your carbos from real food. They are so easy to get why get them in your powders? Eric Gossick

If you go with a blend you don't know what you are getting , as in what amounts of proteins.
