Isn't cottage cheese fattening?

Casein-type protein is probably best before going to bed.

Can you refresh my memory on the two types of protien again, Casein and ? thanks

There's actually many types: soy, whey, casein, animal-derived, etc. Whey is by far the type that's most quickly absorbed, while casein is the exact opposite. Therefore, casein is good before bed.
