That will work fine. You may choose a different flavor unless you really like vanilla. Any flavor with the dex and malto added is tasty.

Excellent bb1, the Godfather (meant with all the respect in the world) has spoken, the order shall be placed tomorrow

I love vanilla, will try a few different ones at some point

If I may,

Is this a good all day protein or should this be used for PWO, if that’s the case, could you recommend any all day protein.
I have heard that isolate is good after workout and some kind of mix for snack/daily drinks.

BB1 I think I must have read most of your posts, excellent info,
by just doing some search work, I found what my PWO shake should contain, when to take my supps, (L-glutamine, creatine, dex and malto)

thanks for all your info

regards

This is a whey isolate, I would use this strictly for pwo. If you have no other protein and feel the need for a shake later, you can slow digestion by any number of ways...adding carbs, fats, milk, etc.

how many scoops though? Acording to my book.....on supplements 62g is a serving size a 3lb jug only weilds 22 servings(3lbs).....and your paying about 40bucks

my fairly cheap brand I use.......100% whey one serving is 28g and yields 23 g protein(almost 1/3 ) and I get 5lbs whey for 35 bucks( 80 servings) I not trying to sell you anything man, just want you to get you moneys worth.

isopure is good stuff, but you'll shell out a pretty penny to keep it in stock. if it's not cost-effective for you, there are other lower-cost, high quality powders that will meet your needs just as well.

I do agree with the price tag. Was simply replying if this was good stuff or not. I would investigate something like Optimum if dollars are at issue. Or even go to www.trueprotein.com and buy in bulk with your own flavorins. BSL has some great flavors.

thanks for the info, money is always an issue, it just looked good on the net,

so I should look at something with a serving size of about 30g which inturn will give about 25g protein.. fair enough,
I live in uk, so cant really ordre from the states, the shipping as sooo expensive...
will look for a good UK supplier (know any)

thanks again to you all.
