A great postworkout drink is Biotest Surge. It's hard to find cuz it sells out a lot, but it is an awesome post workout recovery drink. It spikes your insulin and it tastes great. Be sure and have some casein protein before bed. Drink some organic milk or have some cottage cheese. Or heck buy some Micellar Casein Mix if you have that kind of money.
