I have the most disgusting protein shake, it's called Utopian Cherry. It is bad stuff. So I tried something new, I added a banana, scoop of the powder, and some milk to make up 500ml in a blender, and it tastes awesome. I mean better than a milkshake or whatever from a fast food joint. My only question is, is the water necessary? I drink lots of water anyway and I could get some skim milk for the shake because I heard the milk fat makes the protein harder to absorb or something.
