sometimes i start to get a little sick of shakes, just drinking them everyday...Is there another substitute? The postworkout one is always great after a good workout...But the 2nd one kinda makes me gag once in awhile...
of course! duh! j/k...but i dont want to have turkey and salad like i usually do...i dunno a fruit and some almonds? something like that okay? but of course protein is always better...Any suggestions? I saw something about shrimp...
