Protein Shake Question

I was reading some posts and articles stating it is best to drink your protein shake right after your workout is done. That being said, would it be a good Idea to premix a shake with the maltodextrin and dextrose and let it sit for a few hours. So right when im done I can sip half then the rest over the next 45 minutes? Not sure if that would be a bad idea because creatine should be mixed for long periods of time...

So I guess the question is would it be okay to premix dextrose/maltro and my protein and leave it in my bag so when Im done I can sip it right then?

im confused.. do you take the creatine and protein together?

if you are taking creatine, take it immediately after your workout. you can mix the creatine and dextrose if you want, just dont add the water, if need be, until before you take it. i throw my creatine and gatorade mix in my shaker, leave it in my bag, and just add the water right before i take it.

take your protein shake 30-45 mins later, as long as you get it into you within an hour of working out. it wont make much of a difference with a protein shake if its not right away.

I take my protien 20 min after my creatine.... 30 minutes tops
