Does anyone else use protein shakes during their workouts? I am tryingt o increase my protein intake and thought this would be a good way to keep the intake UP. Helpful at all ro am I wasting my shake during workouts? Thanks!
I sip on a scoop of whey with some Bcaa's mixed in. Keeps my energy level up and decreases the chances of going into a catabolic state. I also do my workouts in the am before eating...so this is very improtant for me to do.
