I buy the big tubs of protein shakes from GNC. They are usually around $45 and I use them really quick. My money is being eaten up this way. Does anyone know a real cost effective way of getting good-tasting protein powder?

Go to prosourceonline.com. These prices will blow away GNC. Stands for Get No Change or Greedy Nabbing Capitalists! They have too much overhead to give us a good price. You will save hundreds in a matter of weeks, I am being serious. Happy shopping dude!!!

To answer Merlinhog, I am taking a few things. I am taking Methoy-Pro protien powder, Meso-tech protein bars, twin-lab creatine and a multivitamine.

Good combo. I would add glutamine to it. How much do you pay for the methoxy-pro right now? Did you check out the site I told you about yet? It will save you a bundle of duckets bro...later.

Thanks for the website for cheaper protein, etc. I want to add protein, calories, etc. but can't afford the GNC stuff. Gouging new 'criuts!!

I hope more of the members here will catch on and go to that site. You and I seem to be built the same coolness. I'm six feet tall and 160 lbs. Tough to gain but worth it.

Same weight and height. It's tough to gain but I'm seeing results. I'm finishing my first 8 week split and have been impressed with the results. I tell my wife I want to be like Arnold (right!) and she shakes her head. She likes the results though. Prices are wayyyy lower than retail. Good deal for us poor folks. Thanks a bunch!!
Cool
