Hi guys, i currently take Lean Dessert protein shake, after my workout. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/bsn/dessert.html But I get so nauseous and bloated after I drink it. It is only 20g of protein a serving and tastes amazing! But I just get soo sick. Any ideas why?
You could be lactose intolerant, it's basically made of milk even though it's an "isolate". Or your system might just not like some of the ingredients in the blend.
I find mixing shakes with milk (organic skim) makes them feel fine inside, though I have no issues with lactose. I usually get nauseous when I take them with water.
