I just finished the first week of the excersice program.. I work out 4 days a week... SHould i just drink a Protein Shake after working out or do i also have to drink it on my off days?

Drink the protien every day. Don't change your diet when you are on your off days as that is when you are preparing your body for its next workout.

drink protein everyday! i agree with carivan...it all depends on your goals how many times a day you drink it...right now im only drinking mine once a day with an apple!

Take it everyday, got to protect those new muscles that you are building.
