Hey! Just wondering, does anyone know what a good protein shake is for a female? Or are all protein shakes okay for both genders? I don't want to gain much muscle, just tone my body, and i want to lose weight. I find that I don't get enough protein in my diet!
All are created equal, in the sense for male and female. Just check the numbers on the container and make sure you are getting your money's worth. The serving per day depends on your body weight, and should be 1-2grms per pound of body wieght. Keep the fat low and carbs low (in the shake) seeing you want to lose fat. As far as brands, I can't help because I don't know the us market, but I'm sure others will reply to you. Hope this helps.
