My goal is to gain about 15-20 pounds of muscle by the end of this year. i workout about 5 times a day working out each body part once a week. ive been taking the met-rx protein supplement for about 2 months now but my friends telling me to switch to designer whey glycerol. ive been thinking about switching but if theres any other suggestions im willing to hear em.
