Protein without Fat

Can someone tell me what the best food are for increasing my protein intake without increasing my fat intake? My suggested intake of fat is 23g while the protein is close to 140g. I can't seem to get one without the other and it adds up past 23g pretty quickly.

Any lean animal flesh, eggs, cottage cheese, protein supplements, fish of most any kind(fish contain good fats, EFA's). Most of the fat in these lean sources contain fat that is inconsequential. Trim beef good.
