I am 210lbs and I want to cut down to 190lbs, I am confused
about how many grams of protein I should consume each day.
I work out four times a week and cardio twice a week.

Welcome to ft! First, have you signed up for an ft program? If not, then you should. There is a nutrition section that calculates/recommends your daily intake of protein, fat and carbohydrates.

Usually 1 to 1.5 grams per pound of body weight.
