Hi im new and i want to know how i can increase my protein intake (without supplements). I would also like to know if there are any high protein/low calorie foods out there. Thaks in advance.

nuts,turkey,lean meat,poultry,tuna all fish. Theese are just a few use fitbuddy and you will find more.

Your profile is empty, so do not know your stats, goals, etc. But shoot for at least 1 gr. per lb. of bodyweight, more will not hurt you. Say you need 150 gr. of protein per day, it is a very simple task to get 30 gr. per meal in 5 meals.

You will get a compleate suply of quality amino acids from Milk, eggs (1yolk/6whites) and tuna. and cheaper then everyday food.

Also beef jerky is high in protein and low carb.

So if i got 150 grams of protein in a day, should i spread that out thoroughout my day in, say 6 meals?

lol.. i meant to say how should i spread it? Before & after training, brekfast, lunch. Where will i achieve the best results?

try to eat the same amount of protein per meal.
thats is to say 160/6=25 g of protein pero meal.

ALTHOU, 150g of protein seems low. you wight 172 pounds. should aim 200g of protein for maximum muscle growth
