Hey, Im so confused, I know protein helps us to build muscle and everything and carbs help us to...well, you know. anyway Ive read so many articles about the diferent diets and know i dont know what to do. suposedly, overeating proteins and eating such a small quantity of carbs is not good. SO i dont know what to do, and please, dont give me a 30 yr old diet. im fifteen. thnx. bye
There is only one route to take. Eat right according to your weight. Protein should be your number 1 priority, along with good carbs and good fats.
