Can someone tell what kinda food that has alot of Proteins,carbs,fats and calories? I really dont like the list they have at this page.. Someone?

This is such a generic question. I think a more appropriate question would be to ask for a sample meal plan based on your intake goals. If that is what you are asking, then tell us more about your goals and how many calories you are planning on consuming on a daily basis. Aside from that, what is listed here at ft is a fairly good guide.

ill in your profile so people know more what type of body you have/ are trying to achieve. A few perfect meals (in my book) Six scrambled egg whites (protein)+ 1 whole egg 1 cup oatmeal (complex carbohydrates)
Large chicken breast 1 cup rice, white or brown 2 cups broccoli or a mixture of vegetables.
What you need to do is take your amounts and divide them into six equal amounts and figure out how much food that is per meal. I found a food counts book at half price books very cheap. It takes a little time, but to get results you have to do your homework, nobody can hand you a perfect body and the more involved you are with planning you eating the more successful you will be.

Oh, you will need to double those meals for your caloric intake.. sorry, i listed my typical amounts.
