Hi everyone!

I have been working out for the past a year and half but did not get the result I wanted to get.

I am trying to take protein and creatin supplements but I have no idea if they will work or even how, when and for how much to use them...

if you could please help me with this matter I really appreciate it...
also I don't know what brands are the good ones.

Before you look to supplements, take a look at your training program and diet. Are you progressively increasing your weights at each workout? Are you eating healthy foods that will only go towards building a strong healthy body? Often times, these are the main reasons why people fail to see any progress in the gym. Lack of change and intensity and eating not eating properly. Before buying suppplements, make sure you are on the right track with everything else first. Good Luck.

i do keep watching my diet .. and i gain some weight but after a year i belive i should be bigger than what i am now...

do you know where can i get a good diet plan for working out?
