These are great with my Tuna,
Garlic Pepper Crackers
6 scoops of ANY WHEY Protein by Optimun Nutrition
2 whole Eggs
3/4 cup of Water
Seasoning: Garlic Pepper
Use your blender or a mixer and mix all ingredients together leaving out the garlic pepper. Mix it till it runs smooth. No Lumps
spray cookie sheet (I use a small cookie sheet) with Pam and pour mixture into the cookie sheet, sprinkle garlic pepper on top and bake for about 10 mins on 400 degrees, after 10 mins switch to Broil and brown the top of your crackers. Cut into 24 crackers and they are 23.3 cal. per cracker and 5 grams of protien, and there are only 6 carbs in the whole pan so I just don't count those.
Finally a cracker for my Tuna!!!!:) Enjoy
